These Terms of Use govern your use of myapptestinggigs.com and the paid job board (the "Service") operated by Impulse Educação Ltda., CNPJ 37.837.482/0001-49, Rua Dona Laura, 320, Sala 701, Rio Branco, Porto Alegre/RS, CEP 90.430-090, Brazil ("Impulse", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase the Service.
2. What the Service is
Impulse operates a digital platform with a curated board of app testing listings posted by third-party companies. Impulse is not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency. We do not hire, place or pay anyone, and we do not guarantee that any listing is available, accurate or will result in work or income.
3. Third-party listings
Listings are created and controlled by third-party companies with which Impulse has no partnership. Any application, agreement or work arrangement is solely between you and that company. Impulse is not responsible for their hiring decisions, pay, conduct, requirements or the content of their listings.
4. Quiz and communications
The quiz is free. By completing it, you agree to receive your results and communications about our services, including paid offers, by email and WhatsApp. You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. Paid access and billing
Access to the full job board is a paid service. The price and billing terms, including whether the charge is one-time or recurring, are clearly shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. If your plan renews automatically, you can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected], and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
6. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
7. Your account
Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the job board or its content, interfere with the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The website, job board compilation and all content created by Impulse are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own job search.
10. No guarantee
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Impulse makes no promise of employment, income or results of any kind.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Impulse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with third-party companies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
